My guess is that if you have five babies, toddlers, or teenagers at a time, you have to step up your game and come up with some SERIOUS organization. Well, I think it was the Wilkinson Quints mom who blogged about time savers and how she has a box of toys for each day of the week, and that's the toys that they play with for the day, and then she only has to clean up that box, and the kids don't get bored because they are not looking at the exact same toys EVERY SINGLE DAY! So, while my mom has the kids, I am hiding toys in five boxes, so that I can do the same thing. I didn't do a box for the weekend because they still have all the big toys out, and I figure on those days, Pat is usually home and we can make do. Anyway, I am soooooo excited about how much this will cut down on clean up at the end of the day!

Awesome!! Will they share boxes or do they each get one?
Um, that is brilliant. My house is a chaotic mess, considering the Christmas toys have yet to be incorporated and are still littered throughout the house ... and I only have one kid.
Each day has one box, they have to share, live and learn!! We will see how it works, but it is doing WONDERS for my playroom catastrophy!
Karen, I don't think it matters how many kids you have, I think it depends on how many grandparents are constantly buying your children stuff!
what an excellent idea! keep us posted on how it works
Sharing is caring as Malakai always reminds me :) What a great idea!! This will work great with one of many resolutions of organizing my life and home! Keep us posted!!
